Here is how to convert a decimal to a fracrtion. Just look at the place of the number. Like in .002, it is two THOUSANDTHS  So its also 2/1000,then you reduce it. So 2/1000 reduces down to 1/500.

another examople is .05 it is 5 hundreths so it is 5/100 also 1/20.

here is another example .2 is 2 tenths which is also 2/10 which is also 1/5

.1 = 1 tenth   .2 = 2 tenths  .3 = 3 tenths and so on           .01 = 1 hundreths     .02 =2 hundreths     .03 = 3 hudreths   ect.

.001 =  1 thousands and so on and so on.
