Make the fraction into an equivalent fraction with the denominator of 100, by multiplying the numerator and denominator by a number that will make the denomintar 100.
The numerator of this new fraction is the percent, so like in the example below the percent is 16, so that was the numerator of the fraction.
Example:
4/25 25*4=100 4*4=16 NEW FRACTION IS 16/100 PERCENT IS 16%
